The Restoration Group were contracted to provide services following a significant flood event in my home. TRG is without a doubt, a top tier, grade A, 5 Star company in every way. Following a call to TRG, Alex and his crew responded rapidly providing expert services with containing the flood water and cleaning and drying up the damaged areas. In addition, the level of communication with every member of TRG was exceptional. Travor responded within 1 hour immediately following the flood event. Alex and his crew arrived within 1.5 hours to begin remediation and clean up. Ashlee, at the home office kept me informed at all times regarding the TRG representatives and arrival times. This is probably the best operating company I’ve ever experienced capturing quality services, exceptional communication and friendly demeanor with all representatives. Thank you TRG for helping me with this unexpected event in my home !

Rob from TRG cleaned our duct work after a major construction project. They did a great job! The before and after pictures of the ducts showed how dirty they were, we had never had them cleaned since we built the house in 2003, and the after pictures were impressive to see how clean the system is. My wife is VERY thankful for the cleaning that was provided. I highly recommend this service, which unlike us is supposed to be done every 3-5 years especially with floor returns like we have. We had a guest visit two says after the work was done, who commented on entering the house, how clean it smelt.
