Mitigation Technician
Job Responsibilities:
- Fire Damage (Board-Ups, Structure Stabilization, Smoke Cleaning, and Pack-Outs)
- Water Damage (Extraction, Drying, Minor Demolition, and Pack-Outs)
- Material/Supply Delivery
- Mold Remediation
- Restoration (Contents Manipulation, Cleaning, and Small Punch-Out Tasks)
- On-Call Rotation for New Emergency Calls
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and manipulate 50+ pounds regularly
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Must be able to use technology, including iPads
- Must be able to use Google Workspace and related software
- Must be available 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday
- Must have weekend and overnight availability
- Must pass a drug test and a background check
Experience:
- Mitigation and/or Restoration Industry
- Construction Industry

Mitigation Technician
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple job site projects
- Manage production schedules and job progress
- Schedule and supervise crew and subcontractors
- Provide consistent communication with the client Coordinator and clients
- Monitor quality control processes
- Ensure compliance with safety programs and TRG SOPs
- Resolve issues/conflicts related to daily construction activities
- Document job progress within TRG’s platform
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and manipulate 50+ pounds regularly
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to use technology, including iPads
- Must be able to use Google Workspace and related software
- Must be available 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday
- Must pass a drug test and a background check
Experience:
- One to three years of experience performing the work of a Project Manager or similar position
- Experience reading prints and/or estimates
