I would like to recommend TRG to anyone who ever needs help with a water leak in a finished off basement. Finding your popcorn ceiling had fallen down to the carpet and seeing a drip drip from a pipe and the entire carpet area saturated with water is heart breaking and just unbelievable to see it happen in your home, is so devastating and panic driven emotions. Once we called TRG, and explained our situation to Tim, he immediately explained the process and he reassured us all this damage is fixable. His knowledge about the importance of getting the water out and to start the restoration process was imperative to getting our finished basement back to normal. I had an unexpected flooded basement and The Resortation Group came to the rescue! They were very professional and pleasant to deal with, showed up quickly, promptly, and kept me informed of when they would be coming by to check the progress throughout the weekend. What a relief having them to rely on for what to me was an overwhelming situation.
