We had a great experience with this restoration company during a difficult time. The entire team was professional but I especially want to recognize Alex and Michelle. They were incredibly hardworking, meticulous, and took great care with every detail of the cleanup. They were always friendly, organized, and prompt, and their professionalism really stood out. They made a stressful situation much easier to deal with, and we truly appreciated their dedication and positive attitude. I can't say enough good things about Alex and Michelle. They are a real asset to the company, I highly recommend this restoration company to anyone who needs their services.

We experienced a water loss from plumbing in our bathrooms this spring. Luis was there to help us find the source within an hour of calling. Then Travor, Doug and their crew were amazing in stopping the loss from getting worse, working off hours to get us stabilized and dry. When we were able to get the process to rebuild going, our project manager Jeff and client coordinator Ashlee were able to get us back together and operational in 5 days! Can’t recommend them enough!

This company is the BEST! Rob, Amari, Trevor, and Roxanne in the office, are so kind, helpful, and accommodating. We bought a new townhome, that the inspector said had mold in the ducts leading to a slight mildew smell. After Trevor cleaned them, there was no hint of the mildew smell that had been there before. Months later, we had a burst pipe and a flood. The Restoration Group bent over backwards to work with my changing construction situation and ensure my ducts were mold and debris free before the HVAC system was reinstalled. Can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Alex and the Restoration Group were incredible. He came out extremely fast, provided expert guidance and got our basement dry in no time. They were peace of mind during a stressful situation.
