This would be the 2nd time using the Restoration Group for our HOA. I was again thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. Doug, Christopher and team provided robust photos and documentation, including clear images showing precise placement of the dryers and detailed moisture readings throughout the affected area. Their logs were meticulous, noting each instance when the team checked in to assess progress, which provided excellent transparency and confidence in their process. TRG is the group restoring the assisted living facility my Mother-in-law lives in. On Feb 9th a pipe burst in the main building and flooded 4 floors of apartments and common areas within the facility, including my MIL's apartment. TRG came in and packed her apartment better than the movers did when bringing her here from Florida! Antique furniture pieces were bubble wrapped, felt wrapped and plastic wrapped to protect it. Antiques and decor precious to her were meticulously packed without any damage. They even helped me move boxes from a storage area to her new apartment! Absolutely great team! We are highly impressed with the service they provided to our family in a very trying time!
