We had the restoration group clean our heater vents and ductwork. We have used other national and regional companies in the past. Was very dissatisfied with them. The restoration group was absolutely amazing. Their technicians did a meticulous and phenomenal job. The price was also very reasonable.

Great experience on a very trying time Shawn Smith and the rest of the company have been outstanding to deal with. I can’t say enough about how professional they are. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing a restoration done. A storm dropped a tree on my roof, and did some serious damage. TRG was onsite immediately and as soon as the tree was removed, they tarped the holes and started mitigation to prevent further damage. I had water everywhere. They ran dehumidifiers, heaters and fans, to dry it out. We are on the downhill side now as the trusses were replaced and the restoration is well underway. TRG took care of everything in the restoration, from moving furniture and belongings to the rebuild. They really did as outstanding job.

I had a great experience with TRG after a leak caused flooding in the basement of a rental property. They responded incredibly fast, and their communication and customer service were top-notch from start to finish. Ashlee always answered the phone whenever I called, and the billing process was a breeze with Roxanne. The mitigation team was fantastic about keeping me updated on their progress and checked in every morning with an exact ETA for me to relay to the tenants, which made coordinating everything so much easier. Everyone who came to the house was kind, professional, and respectful. I truly appreciated their responsiveness, communication, and professionalism.
