I would like to recommend TRG to anyone who ever needs help with a water leak in a finished off basement. Finding your popcorn ceiling had fallen down to the carpet and seeing a drip drip from a pipe and the entire carpet area saturated with water is heart breaking and just unbelievable to see it happen in your home, is so devastating and panic driven emotions. Once we called TRG, and explained our situation to Tim, he immediately explained the process and he reassured us all this damage is fixable. His knowledge about the importance of getting the water out and to start the restoration process was imperative to getting our finished basement back to normal. Chris and Travis were so kind and very patient with us, their work ethic is beyond exceptional and their dedication is admirable. We had an excellent experience working with this company for water damage remediation and duct cleaning at my mother’s home.
