My experience with TRG,, they were quick to respond. TRG was understanding of my situation and helped me every step of the way. Ryan thank you for reaching out to me. Tim thank you for a thorough mitigation, drying out and clean up. Documenting everythingso thoroughly. Chris thank you for helping me know what the rehab process consist of. Finally, Ashlee thank you for keeping everything organized and keeping me straight and informed along the way. You all made this bad event into a much smoother transition than it could have been. ChrIstmas time and having a major home emergency repair, I don't want to have to go through this again, but if I had to I would definitely want this team of professionals by my side. I used The Restoration Group to have my air ducts cleaned and I was very pleased. I spoke with Ashlee for scheduling & she was very easy to work with and responsive. Alex and Rob cleaned our ducts and were very efficient yet thorough. They even showed me a before and after picture of one of the air ducts and they did an excellent job cleaning them, I wish I had the pictures to post! They laid drop cloths all throughout the house while they worked and cleaned up after themselves before leaving.
