Responded quickly and professionally during a very busy time from the winter thaw! I would strongly recommend their services to anyone.

We had a pipe burst in our ceiling that caused a lot of damage to our home. The Restoration Group came out almost immediately and got us all dried out ready to rebuild within just a few days. Everyone that came out was very professional and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. Hopefully something like this never happens again, but if it does, I will certainly be calling them again.

After the fire, I was overwhelmed, and unsure of where to even start. The Restoration Group came into our lives at exactly the right time approximately 30 min after the fire department left!! From the very first day, Ryan, Doug, Ed , Alex, and the entire cleanup crew showed not only professionalism, but genuine compassion and care and a sense of urgency (that was very much appreciated) in getting things started and cleaned up.

They treated our home, and our situation, with respect, patience, and kindness. Every step was explained, every concern was heard, and we never once felt rushed or dismissed. In a moment when everything felt out of control, they brought calm, order, and hope.

Their hard work, attention to detail, and empathy meant more to us than words can express. We are beyond grateful for everything they did to help us begin putting our home and our lives back together.
