It was founded in 2017 by long-time construction and restoration industry veterans Josh Muncy and Tom Payton. Together with their IICRC-certified team, they bring nearly 50 combined years of experience helping homeowners and businesses recover from disasters of all kinds.
When Josh and Tom started TRG, their mission was clear: provide effective, efficient, and compassionate local mitigation and restoration support for communities across Delmarva. Seven years later, that commitment continues to drive every decision they make.
