Every surface beneath ceilings and behind walls was cleaned and prepped to meet high safety and sanitary standards before reconstruction.

The result: the first floor was restored not only to a safe, code‑compliant condition, but also prepped for full rebuild with new wiring. The homeowner retained use of the upstairs living space throughout, minimizing disruption to her daily life.
